Mortgage fraud, can be as simple as falsifying information from the homeowner who wants to get a mortgage, or it can be professionals in the mortgage industry that on a wholesale basis are falsifying documents and instruments in connection with mortgages. We have seen mortgage fraud prosecution grow exponentially over the state and federal level, but these are defendable cases.
